What is PAIA?
PAIA gives effect to your constitutional right to access information held by private bodies when that information is required for the exercise or protection of your rights.
Session Telecoms will process all valid requests in accordance with PAIA, subject to certain limitations required by law.

How to Request Access to Information
To request access to records:

Complete the official PAIA Request Form (Form 2)

Provide sufficient details to identify the record

Indicate the right you wish to exercise or protect

Submit the form with proof of identity

Request Process

Requests are evaluated by the Information Officer

A response will be provided within 30 days

This period may be extended where permitted by law

You will be notified if any fees apply
Fees

Access to records may be refused where disclosure would:

Telecommunications Regulatory Compliance
As a telecommunications service provider, Session Telecoms is subject to additional legal obligations. Certain records cannot be disclosed in terms of:

ICASA licence conditions and regulatory requirements
